Is It Easy?
Well Yes and No!
It all depends how much work you’re willing to put in, and how quickly all the pieces fall into place. Some people can have a ‘eureka’ moment very early on, while others will take a little more time to make the necessary discoveries.
There is work to be done, and you can’t slack off. That said, once new healthy habits are put in place, they become just another part of who you are, and are not difficult to maintain.
